This Privacy Policy is in addition to other applicable policies, procedures, standards and guidelines of the Jardine Matheson Group (“Group”, “we” or “us”), including but not limited to the Terms of Use of the Platform and other applicable terms for platforms provided or operated by third parties.

 

This Privacy Policy may be updated by us from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform will constitute your agreement to this Privacy Policy as amended.

What personal information do we collect

 

1.       To the extent we operate the Platform, we may collect certain personal information about you. This may include such personal information that you are required to provide or choose to share on the Platform. Examples of such personal information are your name, contact details, job title, image, work location, as well as your work experience, education, qualifications, skills, interests, etc.

 

2.       The Platform may also collect electronic data such as your login information, device information, IP address, online identifiers/cookies, log files, clicks, location and connection time and frequency. We do not obtain identifiable personal information from such electronic data. You may check whether a particular Platform may allow you to adjust or disable such functions, and how that may impact on your use of the Platform.

4.       The content (including any personal information) that you post or share on the Platform may be shared with or transferred to other members of the Group worldwide and accessible by other users of the Platform within the Group worldwide in relation to the purposes indicated above. Your posting or sharing of personal information on the Platform shall constitute your consent (and confirmation that you have obtained any relevant third party's consent) for the Group and other users to access and use such personal information on the Platform.

5.       We may share or transfer your personal information collected on the Platform to third parties outside the Group worldwide in relation to the purposes above, for example:
